About
I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2001, but my journey really began at age fifteen when I received my very first massage. I remember walking out feeling so at ease in my body that I knew, right then, this was what I wanted to do with my life — help other people feel that same sense of relief and well-being. Over the past 25 years, my work has evolved along with my understanding of how the body truly heals. Many people still believe massage needs to hurt in order to work, but experience has shown me something different. While deep tissue massage certainly has its place, it isn’t always what the body needs — especially in today’s world, where many of us live with chronically stressed and overstimulated nervous systems. I often say, nobody likes to be yelled at — and your muscles don’t either. When the nervous system is already on high alert, aggressive pressure can sometimes create more resistance instead of relief. My approach has shifted toward techniques that invite the body to soften rather than forcing it to change. My sessions are designed not only to ease tension and soreness, but also to help regulate the nervous system, allowing your body to move out of stress mode and into a state where real healing and restoration can happen. Clients often tell me they leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at home in themselves. Each massage I provide is customized using a blend of modalities to support what your body needs on that day. My goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body so you can show up more fully in your life.Business Hours
